All the pieces featured on our website are available. They have been photographed before restoration. All prices include restoration we aim to always put pieces back into excellent condition. 

 We are well versed in a variety of refinishing techniques and consider each piece individually. 

At Hobbs modern, we understand you are buying an heirloom-quality piece of furniture and it is our intention to always give you the highest quality end product. 

Please let us know if you are interested in a piece. We are happy to take a deposit on all pieces to get restoration started, with full payment due before delivery. Please contact us to put a deposit down or discuss how to get us started on your dream piece. All prices listed include restoration and where noted new upholstery.
